Clock Assembly Automation with Robot Arms
The ABB robot SWIFTI is collaborating with the IRB1300 along with a human worker for clock assembly automation. In a video from ABB, robot arms are used to assemble a clock in conjunction with an operator, demonstrating how humans and machines can interact for robotic process automation.

SWIFTI incorporates a safety laser scanner that creates a safety zone when humans approach it and stop working. Assembling the clocks involves IRB1300 fixing screws, while SWIFTI completes work started by a human worker.
